EV Charger Adapter

Introduction:

The adapter is a very good tool to help bridge compatibility gaps, enabling EVs to charge at stations with different connector types. We provide the following adapters:

  • Tesla Adapters:

    • J1772 to Tesla: Allows non-Tesla stations to charge Tesla vehicles.

    • Tesla to J1772: Enables Tesla wall chargers to serve non-Tesla vehicles.

    • CHAdeMO Adapter: Provides Tesla vehicles with access to CHAdeMO fast chargers.

  • CCS Adapters:

    • CCS1 to CCS2 Adapter: Useful for EV owners who need to charge across regions with different CCS standards.

    • CCS1 to CHAdeMO: Converts CCS stations to CHAdeMO compatibility (less common).

  • Universal Adapters:

    • Portable solutions for charging from household outlets, different public charging standards, or even three-phase industrial power.

Technical Support – Presale

  • Initial Debugging and Testing: We can dispatch engineers and technicians to provide on-site guidance and coordinate the testing of vehicle end matching; Solving the matching problem of vehicle piles.

  • Technical Guidance or Training: To ensure that the charging station equipment can operate in good condition, technical training will be provided to the technical personnel of the entrusted party before product delivery.

 

Technical Support – Aftersale

  • Stage 1: Customer Hotline: Common issues in the instruction manual that require assistance from the customer service hotline center to resolve. We recommend customer service hotline centers in Germany, Norway and Türkiye. In other countries or regions, there are partners who can provide after-sales service support.

  • Stage 2: Online Guidance: For issues not mentioned in the manual, our after-sales engineers can remotely analyze and identify the specific cause. For software issues, we will remotely upgrade the charging station through the operation and maintenance platform. For hardware issues, we will notify our service partners to come to the site for hardware replacement.

  • Stage 3: On-site Service: Issues where there is no specific solution after remote online analysis. We will arrange engineers to the site for troubleshooting, including replacing parts.
